I, {name}, hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in martial arts training sessions conducted by Midguard Kickboxing Academy. I understand and agree to the following terms:

1. I acknowledge that participation in martial arts training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and even death. I assume full responsibility for these risks.
2. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Midguard Kickboxing Academy, its instructors, staff, agents, and volunteers for any injuries, damages, or losses that I may sustain as a result of my participation in these training sessions.
3. I understand that the instructors at Midguard Kickboxing Academy will make every effort to provide a safe and controlled environment for training. However, I acknowledge that accidents and injuries may still occur.
4. I am in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in these martial arts training sessions. I will inform the instructors of any medical conditions or injuries before starting the training.
5. I grant permission for any necessary medical treatment in the event of an injury. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
6. I understand that the content of the training may include physical contact and techniques that may cause temporary discomfort or pain. I agree to follow the instructions of the instructors and engage in the training at my own pace.
7. I agree to abide by all safety guidelines and rules set forth by Midguard Kickboxing Academy during the training sessions.
